Katie Mackay and Erin McDonald competed in the Scottish National Open Swimming Championships at Tollcross Glasgow in July 2016. Not only did they gain valuable experience at this grade of meet, but they were also given the opportunity to watch some of Scotland's best swimmers compete including Hannah Miley and Ross Murdoch.
